BarTender is licensed by the number of printers it can print to, so the right licence depends on your printer count rather than your user count. Tell us how many printers you run and how the labels are triggered, and we will quote the correct edition and licence — including GST — in writing. Getting this wrong is expensive, so we would rather scope it with you than sell you the biggest box.
